An analysis reads what you give it and reports the patterns it can evidence — it is not a verdict about any person, and buying more credits does not make a report more conclusive.

What you are buying
- What a credit is
- One credit runs one analysis of one conversation, however long that conversation is. Credits are interchangeable; there is no cheaper or more thorough kind of check.
- Expiry
- Credits expire 365 days after purchase. When you run a check, the credit closest to expiring is used first.
- No subscription
- Credit packs are a one-time purchase. Nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel.
- Tax
- Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable tax. If you pay in another currency, the payment page shows the converted amount, which includes a currency conversion charge, before you pay. Paying in US dollars avoids that charge, though your bank may apply its own fees.
- Refunds
- Unused credits can be refunded within the statutory period. A credit that has been spent on a check cannot be refunded, because the analysis has already been performed.
- What a report is and is not
- A report sets out the patterns the material supports, with the evidence quoted. It is not a verdict about any person, and buying more credits does not make a report more conclusive.
- Your material
- Your conversation is analysed and then deleted. Only the finished report is kept in your account, and it is erased after the retention period.
